The SNU Diversity Council is an official presidential advisory body established in March 2016 to cultivate intellectual growth and mutual respect among members of the campus community. We are excited to announce the launch of our redesigned website on Nov. 6. Please help us celebrate this change by participating in one of our online promotional events!
★ Events are open to EVERYONE with an SNU portal ID - faculty, staff, and students of any status. We welcome you all!
Event 1. Share your thoughts on diversity and get a mobile gift certificate!
★ Period: Nov. 6 at 10:00 AM until supplies run out (first 500 people)
★ Details: Visit our redesigned website and share a brief thought about diversity in two lines or less. Comments must be more than 10 words (ENG) long to qualify.
★ We would like to hear your thoughts about Diversity, or any suggestions to the Diversity Council. We expect all your comments and suggestions.
★ Prize: Mobile gift certificate (3,000 KRW) to a convenience store

Event 2. Write a diversity book recommendation for a chance to win AirPods!
★ Period: Nov. 6, 10:00 AM – Nov. 27, 6:00 PM
★ Details: Write a recommendation for a book that related to diversity and upload it to the website. The council will choose the 50 best entries. Recommendation must be more than 300 words and fewer than 400 words to qualify.
★ We accept recommendations for any type of books related to diversity, including stories about minorities, harmonizing with diverse people, etc. Recommendation must contain your OWN thoughts and feelings.
★ Limit one entry per person and entries will be screened for plagiarism. Recommendation must be more than 300 words and fewer than 400 words to qualify. Please refer to our website for examples. Selected entries will be uploaded on ‘Archive’ on our website. Thank you!
★ Prizes: 1st–10th place: AirPods/11th–50th place: Kyobo Bookstore mobile gift certificate (30,000 KRW) ※ Prizewinners will be contacted individually.
