20d245d0a37649db6fca04654019d044_1658385213_2199.jpgThe SNU Diversity Report 2021 examines the status of diversity, student life support program efficacy according to targets, international and domestic academic exchange rate of faculty and student groups, and the work-life balance support of all SNU members. The featured report summarizes the main analysis results of the ‘2nd SNU Diversity Climate Survey’ and was conducted between October and November 2021.

The SNU Diversity Report, annually published by the SNU Diversity Council to produce meaningful statistical data with the focus on diversity, is differed from the University Information Disclosure or the Statistical Yearbook of SNU. The differences is that the statistical date produced by the Diversity Council presents a member classification structure to identify the diversity of the SNU member population.

Chapter VII proposes major tasks for 2022 based on the main text. As short-term tasks, it suggested continuous monitoring for the implementation of the Gender Equality Action Plan, proposal of urgent tasks to improve the quality of life of graduate students, and the resumption of discussions on enacting the Human Rights Charter. As mid to long-term tasks, it was suggested that efforts should be made to implement the planning research proposal for the 2030 Development Plan, the need to increase diversity in the overall school operation, and strengthen relations with other universities, public institutions, and companies through external activities. In 2021, we actively cooperated with the Arts Council Korea under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, and we hope that solidarity activities with external related organizations will be expanded in the future.
