In commemoration of the coming 'World Day for Cultural Diversity for Dialogue and Development (May 21)', the Diversity Council is working in collaboration with the SNU Library to hold a book & film fair “Reading & Watching Diversity” to provide opportunities for SNU members to share the value and meaning of diversity. We call for SNU members’ interest and participation to submit book and film recommendations for a contest to select books and films for these events.

April 1st (Wed) ~ April 21st (Tue) at midnight (3 weeks)

How to Participate

Through the Extracurricular system

- Regardless of genre or theme, any book or movie that offers a fresh and unique perspective on "diversity" is worth exploring, whether it's a theatrical release or an OTT streaming film!

- Write your personal thoughts on the book or movie and your reason for recommending it (length requirement: between 300 and 400 words).

- Your book or movie must NOT be one that was already selected in other SNU book fairs. To see these, refer to the attached file. 

- One entry is allowed per person. Entries will be checked for plagiarism.

Prizes

- Book category:  Gift Voucher 100,000 won (1 person), Kakao Dest Fan (19 people)

- Film category: Gift Voucher 100,000 won (1 person), Kakao Dest Fan (19 people)

- First-come, first-served gift: Kakao character keyring (random) provided (limited to the first 150 participants)

※ Duplicate prizes cannot be awarded. Prizes will not be granted if the contest rules are not followed.

※ The winner will be announced on the Diversity Council website on May 11th.
